Today i’m launching a new website that will become a place for me to share my knowledge and experiences as a gym owner and strength coach over the past 10+ years.
During my career I have worked with numerous gym owners, personal trainers, pro athletes, and general fitness enthusiasts – helping them reach their goals whether it be personal or business.
My goal with this new online space is to build a platform where I can expand my reach and help others build their capacity to achieve something great.
Over the past decade i have built a business that has helped thousands of people in their fitness journey and my goal is to continue to share my passion with as many people as possible through this website.

I am an average guy with an above average work ethic. I dropped out of school to pursue a passion and have learned a ton over the past 10 years.
I have competed for the past 7 years as a professional powerlifter. I have won the national championships, set national records, and represented Canada at the world championships.
My lifting and my clients results speak for them self when it comes to achieving fitness goals.
I started this business out of the back of my truck and have grown to exceed half a million in yearly sales. I have employed over 50 staff members and have grown a business that has had over 10,000 people walk through our doors.
This is all to say that I am an average guy with an above average work ethic.
I don’t claim to have the secret method or latest get rich quick scheme. I also don’t have any secret methods for getting jacked.
What I do have is real world knowledge of how to get results in the gym and in building a business.
